I turned 31 this year and figured whats a FUN way to celebrate that (still months later lol) and the end of 2024. A fitness challenge of course!
31 minutes of movement or run/walk 3.1 miles a day for 31 days! This challenge runs from 12/1-12/31 & is completely free. We will be motivating each other in our Slack community channel and checking in each day with how we got moving.
You can split up your movement or miles throughout the day whenever you find pockets of time or get it done all in one shot. Run, walk, groove, lift, downward dog, anything that gets you up for 31 minutes.
