Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training is available for those wanting more intense training. I customize your sessions toy our needs: just starting out, pre/post natal, athlete, strength, running, etc. We work together to get you closer to your fitness goals. Can’t commit to training sessions? We have the option for workouts to be written out for you each week to do on your own time as well!
On Demand Library
Want to work out at home or while on vacation? Sweet with Meg On Demand offers the option to login and be able to access strength, barre, and cardio workouts. You can Sweat with Meg anytime, anywhere, on your time!
Private Events
If you are planning an event or want to something different for a corporate event/birthday/bachelorette, Meagan can customize a one of a kind experience just for you and your group.
